The Baccentian Guide

As the Authority rises in power, it looms over Baccentia, home of the Torpere and the tradition of Guides who work to keep Baccentia safe.

You are a Guide. You can turn the destruction of the Torpere against the Authority, but you know that the Torpere is not a weapon. It is a living thing.

The Baccentian Guide is a fan made supplementary Playbook for Armor Astir Advent. As a character option, this supplement introduces a unique kind of Astir, which really isn't an Astir at all. The Torpere is a mixture of temple and creature with vague origins. It is also a cultural symbol of the natural disasters of Baccentia. The Torpere is also a Tier IV being, and the Guide has some moves that try to bring the power in line with Tier III Astirs while still making it a unique tool for players to interact with.

Within this playbook, you'll find moves and advancements that scratch at themes of wild animals and their agency, domestication, and responsibility for violence.
