Hello! 
Returning to this playbook in January, I went through the rulebook again and updated some silly small mistakes on the Channeler equipment, then wrote a more explanatory instruction on how a Torpere ought to be built. I think that the Tier IV weapon being converted from Bane will be restrictive enough that it makes the Tier IV unit feel fair to use, though it might also be too much considering that the clock is still hanging over the players head.  Additionally, the Torpere card has been removed as an Astir card should still serve well enough. If at least one person (I'm serious about this) asks for it's return I will of course accomodate.
